Unable to Access Recent Gamepass Perks | Xbox Series S | July, 21st 2022

Hey Josef! How are you?

I’ve tried downloading the game pass app on both my phone and iPad and that still didn’t work. I tried resetting my router and forcing my Xbox into a power cycle and still no luck.

I tried what you recommended and that still didn’t work. I checked my NAT type and that say that’s it’s ‘Open’. The only thing I haven’t done is resetting my console but reading similar problems that didn’t seem to work for anybody.

I’ve tried using the Microsoft contact system but they don’t “accept calls for this type of issue”. Matter of fact the issue is not even listed.

May I know if you tried checking using a different device to view the available perk? Or use a different internet network to see how it goes?

And please tell me which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things

Thanks, buddy please double check if your Microsoft account region matches with your Game Pass app language and location (apply the same for your Xbox console)

And, if maybe you have a VPN, proxy, firewall or DNS service active, please disable it temporarily

These services can cause this specific issues with perks

Hey Josef, once again. That may be the case. I live a Caribbean country that is not listed on Microsoft’s list of country’s when I make an account. I recently switched my address to where my biological brother lives in the states, and one time I switch it to where my sister lives (Canada) to make a purchase off of one of her cards. That was back in March. The last game pass perk I received normally was the Assassins Creed Orgins Bundle. Can you guide me on how to fix my regions?

Did you buy it on console or pc

Or using gamepass ultimate

You just install it

As long as it's met a xbox one s or have a disk drive

That isn't a series s as they are diskless and 12 years difference in tech
