Unable to access owned characters in Killer Instinct

Hello. Thank you for bringing this to the xbox forums. I understand you are having problems with dlc. First we can check and make sure the dlc is installed correctly.

1. On your taskbar, select the Microsoft Store icon, then select More info (three dots) up by your account picture.

2. Select My Library. Any app or game with a Download icon next to it hasn't been downloaded yet. Select the Download icon to download and install the app or game.

If you can’t find it there try finding and downloading it thru your order history here. Hope this helps.

According to
this tweet, Rare is aware of the problem, and has a fix for that, which requires you to uninstall and re-install the game.

If you continue to have issues (as some people in that Twitter thread seem to have), contact them via this Twitter thread.

When I try the first option, there is no download button for the items. If I go directly to their store page I can click install on device, but it says there are no devices available for install.

My order history only shows the Supreme Edition itself rather than it's component items. And I have most of them unlocked, except those they released after the Supreme Edition was released and later retroactively added to it.

How about a Killer Instinct Character since MS owns Rare? Fulgore or Sabrewulf.

Killer Instinct will be full retail game at lunch with every character in it as well as free to play demo with one character
