    Unable to access multiplayer on xbox one


    My son has been unable to access multiplayer to play Halo 5 Guardians and Star Wars Battlefront. I changed the security settings on both the console and on my account, removed him from the console and added him back on, checked the NAT settings which were
    open. Nothing worked. Then I saw a post where someone else was having a similar problem and like us their broadband was with Sky. It turns out the Sky Broadband Shield was blocking the game. I added halowaypoint.com as an allowed site and this has solved the
    problem. One happy son Unable to access multiplayer on xbox one :)

    XBL free trial

    I used the XBL free trial certificate on my new xbox one but am unable to access multiplayer functionality. Received the error message that "account cannot access this server on xbox live".

    I cannot access xbox live even after entering the information

    Access denied

    We got the Xbox one S Battlefield 1 bundle for Christmas. We are unable to play multiplayer. It gives an "access denied....you are not eligible to participate in this activity" Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Yeah, it can be tricky sometimes, what appears to be a problem with the xbox or its service can also be an issue with the provider. Nice update though, am glad you got it sorted Unable to access multiplayer on xbox one :)

    Switching from Gold Account to Silver account

    Hey,

    Thanks for the reply, but active gamertag is displayed for 'Silver' Account and also silver account can access multiplayer.

    Although, when the user switches from Silver account to Gold account, user is unable to access Multiplayer.

    Is this an Issue?
