Unable to access Killer Instinct Classic add-ons despite owning the Supreme Edition on new ...

Let me preface I have a gaming PC with Windows 10 installed and at the time I did not own an Xbox One yet. I recently picked up an Xbox One S, however since I have an existing Xbox Live / Microsoft account it allowed me to download my existing purchases,
notably Forza Horizon 3 and Killer Instinct.

However when I check the store the two add-ons for Killer Instinct Classic 1 and 2 are not available in my download list.

As you can see here Buy Killer Instinct: SUPREME EDITION - Microsoft Store they are part of the bundle. However at the time I bought the bundle I didn't own the console, but now I do so the licenses for this should be tied to my account
so I don't understand why I can't access them.

Can I please get some help to resolve this issue?

Killer Instinct - 3rd Season

In order to download Killer Instinct: Season 3 for free, you would need to own Killer Instinct: Supreme Edition. Killer Instinct: Ultra Edition does not include Season 3 fighters. For further information, including links for each edition, please check out

On the console before you start the game, highlight it and click the menu botton on your controller and go to Manage game. From there it should show any add-ons you should have for the game and if they are installed or not. If they're not installed, you
would need to install them from there and that should fix the issue.

Contacted support and they couldn't solve the issue, said they would escalate the issue. That was on Friday, I guess it'll take a few days for them to get back to me.

They need to fix the licensing issue with the Killer Instinct Classic 1 and 2 being unavailable when clearly says they are part of the Supreme Edition when purchased in the description.

 

I have the same issue. Contacted support who made me do everything from delete my profile, reset my console, and finally reinstall killer instinct. That was two days ago, I am still waiting to get a call back from them as none of those steps worked. They
should just refund me the money I paid if they cannot fix it any time soon. I'd happily go and buy KI: Definitive Edition instead if that will work, but not after I get refunded.
