Unable to Access Exo Zombies Mode on Xbox 360 ******FIX*****

HI All,

Welp after talking to xbox support and seeing this link https://support.activision.com/arti...0/?l=en_US&c=Game_Title:All&fs=RelatedArticle
there is a problem with the new DLC installation,

I have tried everything I can to test this and I HAVE found a work around
that they have failed to find on activisions site...

Do NOT delete anything, this is
caused by the purchase of additional Items like armory slots and create a class slots etc and
the installer file tries to keep installing the compatibility pack 4.

they say you can only have 10
pieces of Advanced Warfare downloadable content QUOTE ****** This
issue occurs if users have more than 10 pieces of Advanced Warfare downloadable content stored on their systems. **** WELL I HAVE 20 so this is false.

The problem is resolved by moving the installer
package`s ( installer Package 01 02 03 04 etc to another drive like the usb - you can also delete them if you wish.

then restart the game and
you will now be able to get into EXO Zombies.

Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies download not working

Sorry to hear about the issue with Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies! This has been bubbled up to the proper teams who are working on getting this issue sorted. For more information, check out Activision's Unable
to Access Exo Zombies Mode page. In the meantime I also recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

• First, check your active downloads to ensure that all updates and compatibility packs are fully downloaded by pressing the Guide button from the Dashboard.
  
• Select Games & Apps, then select Active Downloads.
• Once you have verified that all downloads are complete, clear your Xbox 360 system cache 3 times.
  
• After you have cleared your cache, power cycle your Xbox 360 console.
  
• Check to see if you are able to access the Exo Zombies.

We will make sure to update this thread when we have more information to provide. Thank you for your patience!

In storage find COD aw and inside the folder move the files or delete them.

sorry didnt add that....

 

I did this ,it worked , i played 4 games then swiched my xbox off and when i came back to play again it was back saying the same thing about needing to donload content

 

try clearing your cache on your storage device, and dont reboot.

you can also delete the compatibility pack 4 and let it re download it.
