Unable to access EA Play even though i have Game Pass Ultimate?

Do you have Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? You need Ultimate to access EA Play for free on the console.

Yes I know that, I was trying to download Burnout Paradise Remastered which is on EA Play and it is asking me to get EA Play even though I have Xbox game pass ultimate, which includes EA Play. When I signed back in it asks me in the upper right corner to join EA Play.

Based on the information you provided, it appears that you are experiencing an issue with downloading a free trial and being prompted to purchase EA Play even though you are game sharing with someone who has Game Pass/EA Play. I'll be happy to assist you with this.



Firstly, I would like to clarify that Game Pass and EA Play are two separate subscriptions and having one does not automatically grant access to the other. However, if you have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you can access EA Play at no additional cost.



Now, coming to your issue, please know that EA play games are not included in the family sharing feature. of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Only the owner of the account which has the Ultimate subscription can access the EA Play games. This means that even if you are sharing with someone who has an active Xbox Ultimate subscription unless you also have the subscription activated on your account.

It doesn't seem to work even though I have a disc for the game I tried to play DBD on Disc and still had to pay for ultimate to get online access so I tried it with dayz and the same issue so I have to pay £12.99 to get online multiplayer Access to my games even though I don't want or interested in the likes of EA play and all the other features as I know game pass core doesn't let you play online multiplayer even though it does say it in the perks and benefits section when you purchase it as I had to upgrade to ultimate so I could get on charging me £21.98 in total that day just to get access online multiplayer something isn't right

I don't think EA access is included with ultimate game pass. I have not seen that kind of deal. I did however buy a year of EA access for $30 and it is totally worth it!! The game pass ultimate is worth it without the EA access included !!! So many games
..... So little time!!!
