Discus and support unable to access downloaded videos in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; All the videos i've purchased & downloaded i keep getting Media Usage Rights Playback error. i did all the instructions to try to get the liscenses...     All the videos i've purchased & downloaded i keep getting Media Usage Rights Playback error.

    i did all the instructions to try to get the liscenses back, but still getting the same message.

    Is there another way to resolve this or get re-imbursed for my purchases?

    Unable to play downloaded videos

    I recently downloaded a video onto my HP laptop and when I try and play I get the following error 0xc00d11cd (0x8000ffff).

    Any ideas what the problem might be.

    Hey Duff, lets keep the discussion in a single thread.

    Alright, first off, have you made sure your graphics drivers are up to date? I would suggest you go to
    HP Support, enter in the model of your PC, and check to see if there are any more recent drivers.

    I don't have a link to it right now, but yes, they removed access to Music Videos. If you didn't have them downloaded to a PC via the old Zune service, you lost access to the videos.
