Unable to access audio settings

Dis you set your audio settings to dolby atmos

"In the General settings, I am unable to switch the headset audio to the Dolby Atmos for Headphones." -As I stated here in the initial question, I am unable to select that setting. I get an error message, redirecting me
to the Dolby Access app.

Clear your browser history (how to do) and login to https://account.xbox.com/settings using your Microsoft account. If the issue persist, try to connect using a different browser (e.g. Edge).

If yours is a child account, you can't change privacy settings. Child accounts are considered all accounts under the age of 16 for the US & EU, 19 for South Korea. If there isn't an adult account associated with the child account, the adult will have to make a Microsoft account & associate the already created child account with it. Only parent accounts can change settings.

Hello, thank you for the reply but this does not solve the problem, as it only shows how to check the game publisher site or internet connection issues.

My problem is with the site itself redirecting me to a support page every time i try and click on my settings.

Hopefully theres something you can do to help me with this, as it's a real pain!

It's probably that your system is trying to send audio through speakers it's unable to "find". 5.1 audio is 5 speakers and a sub. If you don't have that - or don't have it set up properly - and you have it set to 5.1, then you're going to miss some sounds.
