Unable to access account with email I’m not able to access anymore

Hello, Recently Xbox asked me to update my information so I did . I changed my old email I do not have access to anymore to this current email I am on. All was well until I tried to sign in and play last night saying my account was under suspicious activity . So I tried to verify it was me , it’s going back to my old email that I have no access to anymore . I’m trying to recover this and tried to put my credit card info I have bought stuff with in the past , but now I currently have a new card now and was not successful . I am going to try to use my moms old card that was used when I was a kid now and it’s saying I have to many attempts and is possibly saved for subscription to . Does the 2 times a day reset after your 2 times ? Or after the previous attempt even though it’s locked ? It’s just irritating because I’ve never had issues and I just did what Microsoft told me to do, and I feel I’m being punished for it because now I can’t access my Xbox account. I have paid so much money for dlcs and made a lot of progress in games and now it’s in jeopardy because all I did was do what I was asked . Is there any help also I can speak with to help me sort this out? I’ve tried calling Xbox and contacting and it’s saying this isn’t a option and is refusing for me to request a call or to sign in when I cannot do this and is the reason I’m trying to call for . I’ve done everything the robots have told me to and ect . I just need help from a person . Thank you please help.

Thank you I’m hoping I’m able to get into it tonight . I have the card which my live is being taken out of and the id and ect . Only thing I’m not sure is my security question and past passwords . I know the current one though . Will this affect it?

So my last attempt I tried to do and said I was out of attempts was last night around 10pm . I tried again this morning to see if it resets at 12am and it said I was out of attempts . Am I able to try again tonight at 10 or do I have to wait until 9 tomorrow since I tried at 9am. Also if I’m not able to verify it through account recovery , can I call and they help me recover it and I can prove it’s me on the phone and my account?

Judging from your description:

The requested too many coded should be to do with the recovery codes not the form. You would like have to redo it again after the 24 hour wait I am a sorry. They are two separate things. You should receive the recovery info through a link in your email.

Please keep in mind how long it takes to receive a response I arbitrary and has to do with system traffic, not your success chance.

Update I got in! I tried to login to my Xbox and update it . It said I needed to go to online and do it . Now it says I requested to many codes and to try back tomorrow. Did I screw up and now I have to redue the whole form again? Or do I just have to wait 24 hours again to access it and to update my info ? Again thank you for your patience and responses I promise we are almost done !
