    Unable to access 1 month trial offered through dashboard


    I have tried to access the "special offer just for you, try gold for a month free" offered on my dashboard but have been unsuccessful. I am getting error code 80190128. I search for a solution and tried the suggested clear system cache and re-download
    profile. Neither worked. I contacted Xbox support and they were unable to resolve this issue after ensuring that my info, payment method,etc. are all in place. I was given this link by the support representative and am looking for resolution.

    I got HACKED, took 3 months for you to get my money back, and after promising you could get my 450 Microsoft points back, you call today and say, "Sorry, we can't." REALLY???

    If you have to pay for something then it's not free. Anyway, to take in on those deals you need a credit card....which I hope you stopped using for your account.

    Hey there Stream! The 1 month trials on a console are offered when you set up a new profile and decline to pay for Gold. After that, any Gold subscriptions would be for pay, but there are sometimes deals on the Dashboard. I hope this helps, thanks!

    There are 3 x 1 month free trials per new xbox console. In order to access the trial you'll need to create a brand new account on the console. When it asks you to join live select No. It will then offer you a one month free trial of the Live service.

    It's my general understanding that free trials come and go. I don't think I've seen one that just let you keep renewing it for free time after time. There are ones that come and go at times sure or ones in the dashboard offering month or so for $1 or discount
    on 3 month at a time. I just never remember seeing one after another like that in a row. So I would look through your dashboard on your console to see if it's offering any deals or freebies. Sometimes it gets hidden in with other things.
