    I have an account an xbox live gold up to date (saw it in manger your account) but my xbox one doesn't accept to let me play multiplayer games (battlefront 2, battlefield, trackmania) and redirect me all the time to "buy an abonnement" ...

    By the way my xbox one is connected to Internet !

    I recently bought a card for 12 months Xbox Live Gold and I am unable to access any multiplayer features. I am however able to download games that are free with gold. I have checked my subscriptions and it says that I have gold but whenever I try to play
    a multiplayer game or start a party it comes up with get more with gold. I have an Xbox One, pls help

    Hello. I am having trouble accessing multi-player games, and activities. I have Live Gold, my account is up to date and active, yet my console tells me that I need to get Live Gold with multiplayer permissions. Please help.
