Unable te redeem code. Please help.

I'm not able to redeem my Xbox ultimate code. I got this code when I bought my new laptop. I'm receiving messege that says I'm not in the country region that. I'm not in the sane country yry I purchased but it's the same account. Please help

Codes are region locked, I think there's no hope to redeem it in a legit way. Maybe you can try to contact Microsoft support.

But I tried on my phone which is from US. So I don't know why it's not going through. Also, there's no contact number for Microsoft support.

You can only redeem codes that are for the same region as your account. If it's not, your only options are redeeming it on an account that matches the codes region, or buying a code for the correct region.

It's not related to the phone's region, it's your account's region that determines if the code can be redeemed or not. You can check your account region in account.microsoft.com > Your Info

Alright, I'll use another account. It's just weird that they let you redeem a code for Minecraft while not owning Minecraft. But thanks for te help
