    I am not able submit a case review for my suspension. I already read the how-to page, so no need to link me to that. I've already spoken to Xbox support and they directed me to make a post here since they were not able to help me fix the problem. I want
    to submit a case review for a suspension lasting more than 24 hours, but when I go to the enforcement page I can see the suspension and I can see the orange box, but the hammer icon is greyed out and will not allow me to click it. How can I submit the case
    review?

    I Was perma-banned Without explanation & my entire library was stripped from me.

    I was instructed by microsoft support to post here, im unable to file a case review as it's greyed out.

    If 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for case review, how do you know what you did wrong? My son has no clue what happened and wants proof as to why he is being suspended. I there a way to find out? Thanks

    Not all suspensions are eligible for case review. For example 24 hour only suspensions and console suspensions are not eligible for review.

    Sorry but you were informed incorrectly. Please log in to the site Smwutches linked and click the hammer icon. From there you can submit a case review with the PET.
