un-readable redeem code

While removing the sercurity sticker covering the redeem code on the Halo 5 game some of the code was erased, can you please help

my tomb raider redeem code is missing 2 digits

while scratching off the code 2 numbers or letters got rubbed off and are now un readable, suggestions?

What I would recommend for this is to log in to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start a chat. When you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate as only they will be able to help you recover the code.

save the game to the xbox hard drive that cures the game un readable problem

as for the green screen try using a dedicated hdmi cable
