I bought a used Xbox series s and as soon as I claimed it the owner warned me of accessing the internet with it and told me it is jailbroken I wanted the Xbox for its great library of games in game pass and surely for online games now I would like to un jailbreak it any help

Xbox series s, wired, or my brand new un used wireless controller that came with the console, it doesn’t matter, and a wired steel series headset. I have not changed the setup in a couple years

I would make sure your account is hidden in the privacy settings and then block the ones that are spamming you.

No, it's simply a bot that is creating new bogus Microsoft accounts using new bogus e-mails. A Microsoft account includes a gamertag, which opens up the entire Xbox Live network of users. So it's nothing wrong with Xbox Live in that sense (nothing got hacked);
it's just a bot with a gamertag messaging every gamertag it can find before it gets blocked.
