Umauthorized putchase from bank account

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about charges on your account that you did not authorize.

Are you receiving any email confirmation from the purchase that are being made? There is a possibility you may have added your card to a Microsoft account in the past.

Without access to the account itself, you would be unable to request a refund for any of the items that we purchased using your payment instrument.

What I would recommend would be to
Contact Xbox Customer Support and request further assistance regarding the payment instrument that is being billed, as they would be better equipped to assist you in resolving this matter.

Keep in mind that, again, if you are unable to access the account, you will be limited in what exactly you will be able to do regarding the charges. In this instance, after contacting support, I recommend that you contact your financial institute for further
assistance, as there charges were made using your payment instrument without your permission.

Well for one thing you cannot gift points

Question is then if you are a family account why not look at the activity center this includes ma points purchases under putchase history and child account purchased pr allowances or ask whichever family had access to your console .

Ok does your account region match your actual region?

Also did you remeber to change the locale of xbox.com to reflect your accounts region?

If it is a no thar would be why

Your account location must reflect your actual location

That wouls also cause not available in your region or offer not availablr in your region which makes it a non putchase

I’m the bank account owner and the person who may have my bank details on their account I have no way of contacting?

Would Microsoft still be able to remove my bank card from their account providing proof I’m the bank account owner?
