Ultra Street Fighter IV Pre-Order Bonus for Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection

I haven't seemed to have received the pre-order bonus for the 30th Anniversary Street Fighter Collection. I am unsure how many others are going through the same issue but is there a set release date for that bonus that I missed?

I pre-ordered Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection on May 28, 2018 and never received my code for Ultra Street Fighter IV.

I have not received promotion codes for pre-order

I pre-ordered street fighter 30th anniversary collection in 03/18. The pre-order description stated that you will receive Super street fighter 4, and the ultra add on with purchase of said pre-order. Also, that you will receive the promotion 7 - 10 days
after the release of Street fighter 30th anniversary collection. I have not received the promotion.

 

I haven't received it either. Been looking forward to playing it again. I read we were supposed to be messaged with the codes 7-11 days after the release of the 30th Anniversary Collection, and that time has passed.

 

I have contacted Xbox support twice, they told me that we can only post here or e-mail Capcom USA at L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** as our only chance to get the codes. That technically it is 10 business days, so that none of us have a case
until June 13th when the 10 business days will have ended. I have made two posts here and no answers, I have not gotten my codes either, and that we should all wait until after June 13th to raise concerns and that it isn't a big deal as it isn't like anyone
is going to die, and we will eventually get the codes after time. This was told to me by Xbox Support specialists Paul and Randy. I really hope someone will contact someone and help to get us our codes. Microsoft isn't doing anything, Capcom isn't doing
anything....

 

It's honestly annoying because why have a pre-order bonus with no set release date, or no existence of the pre-order bonus. No one seems to have it on either systems. I mean, i can be a jerk and say I don't need it since I originally purchased USFIV on PS4
when it was standalone, but if people paid eagerly for that pre-order bonus digitally and got nothing, then it is false advertisement..and also a waste of time for anyone/everyone that pre-ordered it. I was told to post here. Seems to be that most likely did
nothing. Which is ridiculous cause if you go to the store, Super Street Fighter IV + Ultra Upgrade is there plain to see. We know Ultra exists in the store. Stop playing games with a bonus

 

The rep I spoke with acted like this was never a preorder bonus at all. I did email CAPCOM but their response was it’s in MS’ hands. I want the game but I’ve set myself up that it’s never coming, if we get them then it’s a bonus.
