Ultimate Word Game (Wordament) accounts mixed up

Our problem is with the
Microsoft Ultimate Word Games App. I began playing Wordament and then my husband started playing. We each have our own Microsoft accounts which we use to sign in and then go through X-box to play. We never play at the same time because we only
have one laptop at home for games so we share. We were seeing some inconsistencies but just thought we were mistaken. The daily challenges have always been just fine. We really noticed the problem when our son began to play the game. He has his own account
with Microsoft and signs in to play the same way as we do. I was at level 95 playing in World 10. But when my son began his own game all of our accounts went back to the level he is at which is currently level 15 in World 1. His game is fine but obviously
ours is not. At first we were going to just replay the lower levels. When I go to the game it takes me to the lower level but when I open the game it has all my previous answers listed and therre is nothing to play. At the same time it has me locked out
of advancing until I 'earn' the stars by playing each step. I have tried on numerous occassions to get some help but Microsoft support has been unable to fix this issue. I have tried to repair, reset, uninstall and reinstall the app with no change. So finally
to my question - has anyone else had this problem and were you able to fix it and how? We are frustrated and disappointed. Can anyone help? Why would the daily challenges work fine and the rest be mixed up?

Are you all logging into the PC on the same account, or do you all have separate windows 10 logins as well? My personal guess is if everyone is logged into the same Windows 10 profile, and you are just switching the in game ID, the local save data for
Windows 10 is actually the issue, since that is typically sustained by the local save (managed by windows 10 login), and the daily challenges resides on the server data (which is loaded based on the profile signed into the account)

Wordament on PC is part of Ultimate Word games, hence why the android & PC versions do not sync up.

Microsoft Ultimate Word games is a set of 3 games, which includes Wordament for PC. Where the one on the phone is just Wordament, hence why it's different.

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is not available on Android. Only Wordament is, and you can find that by searching for it on the Google Play Store.

Unfortunately there isn't an individual Wordament app in the Microsoft Store. Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is the newer version of word games on Windows 10, which includes Crosswords, Wordament, and Jumble. Instead of separating the games into 3 different
apps, they are all found in one app.

Feedback for apps on Windows can be submitted through the Feedback Hub app for Windows 10. Feedback Hub enables you to provide feedback about Windows and apps by sharing your suggestions or problems.

Have input my question to Xbox forum as the Wordament App on my Lumia 635 has me sign on to Xbox in order to play it. The Wordament on the Lumia does not resemble the one in Ultimate word games. It has a lot of international players who display their flags
and none of the 'Nintendo like' appearance of the Ultimate word games. Fortunately, it still downloads to some Windows phones. Many of the players for 'classic' Wordament have been there for years and have accumulated significant rankings that are not available
in the Ultimate Games version. In reality it is a different game entirely from the Ultimate game version. Would think that the Xbox people would have more influence over this than the Feedback Hub people.
