Ultimate still being charged despite cancellation

You have to go thru the virtual assistant to request a call back or chat with support

If you were suspended for payment option turning off autorenewal wont lift the suspension

You have to do that before thr suspension as it wouldve been 21days after

Are you sure its ultimate not something else like your gold or eso ?

You might want to check https://accounts.microsoft.com to see what exactly the charge is

You can actually request a refund there and support doesnt

Only thing is if its a suspension you must pay it off first then request
