Ultimate reward

Since the Rewards are always changing it could be that it isn't available at the moment... But.. Since Game Pass Ultimate is now a thing, and it is a reward. They may have went ahead and replace the regular Game pass with Game Pass Ultimate.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Rewards may not always offer the exact reward option you are looking for at a given time, and sometimes there are limited-time offers or changes to the available rewards.

However, there are a few things you can try to get one month of Gamepass Ultimate:

Check back regularly: Microsoft Rewards often update their rewards, so it's possible that a one-month Gamepass Ultimate option may become available at a later time.

Check different regions: Some rewards may not be available in certain regions or countries, so you can try changing your region in Microsoft Rewards to see if there are any different options available.

Redeem for a different reward: If you need a Gamepass Ultimate subscription right away, you can redeem your Microsoft Rewards points for a different reward, such as Xbox gift cards, which you can use to purchase a one-month Gamepass Ultimate subscription directly from the Xbox store.

I myself have earned a couple months of ultimate game pass just playing games.

Check your order history on the redemption page of yhe Rewards site and see if it lists a code for the Ultimate or the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.
