    Ultimate perks not appearing


    I am once again asking for help in this issue, since my last post was not answered. I tried searching around here and in reddit and found that more people have this same issue, its been like 2 weeks since i bought the ultimate game pass and its still not
    showing.

    I purchased the game pass through the microsoft store because the website was not working.

    I am 13+ yo

    I already checked in the xbox app in my phone and it did not work

    Its not a region thing since my friends that also purchased it got it immediately with no problems like me

    Please help me if anyone knows a solution

    I don't see the Disney Plus perk in Game Pass Ultimate perks

    A support agent just told me the perk is generated by Disney so it takes up to 10 days after you start your ultimate subscription for the perk to appear.

    Can redeem for apple tv perks as it states it's only available in the US

    Hi. I have tried using different devices and networks and still have the same issue. According to the advert this perk is available in the UK and appears on my perks page via my ultimate game pass. All other perks on the page works.

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. It is not appearing to you in the perks as it is not a current perk for subscribers, from time to time perks change and at the moment the discord nitro is not part of the perks for ultimate game pass subscribers.

    Will the 14 days gamepass include perks ? (Indian region)

    Perks are only available for Ultimate. So if it's not Game Pass Ultimate, you won't get access to perks.

    How can i redeem my Game pass Ultimate perks after moving regions?

    The perks are for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. If you no longer have the subscription, then you are not eligible for the perks. If you want them, you will have to subscribe to ultimate.
