Ultimate Pass Free Spotify

So I upgraded my xbox live gold to the ultimate pass a few weeks back and thought i was going to get the free spotify premium that comes with it, but I haven't. Anyone have any ideas why this would be? My spotify premium account was pre-existing so would
it be because of that or is there a code i need to redeem, as i didn't receive an email about it at all so i don't know whats going on. Many thanks

Yes theres an offer on 6 month's free spotify premium when you purchase game pass ultimate.

Did you purchase only game pass ultimate or did you purchase the offer that comes with 6 months free spotify premium?

Actually the Spotify code is only for new Spotify users as well. So pre-existing accounts would not be eligible. You can find more information and the terms of the offer at https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/spotify-and-xbox-game-pass-faq

I bought game pass ultimate and have not ever had Spotify premium and if the Spotify deal is over whats the point in getting premium?
