Ultimate Pass Discord, Spotify, EA Access Redemption — !FOR PC! — [HELP]

Hello,

I'm so very frustrated. I've been on multiple phone calls, on multiple email chats and through A DOZEN emails. Not a single person seems to know what the promotion allows, as if each and everyone of them is told a different thing. The first person I spoke to
on the phone, after seeing this post:

said that I would have my codes emailed to me, no problem. He never mentioned anything else, nothing. I waited a few days, and then contacted email support and explained the situation again, mentioning the new details about the phone call even. This person
told me that it "applies only to console", but the promotion page said NOTHING to that effect and then said that they would escalate my issue to get it resolved. Over the course of days, I got the same message from this person, copy and pasted ("we're working
on this issue, please hold on"), until today that person responded I needed to check my console for the codes. Frustrated I told this person for the
fifth time that I
do not own the console and that I am requesting the codes/content be emailed to me instead and that I was told by various agents that this could happen and that many others were also told this.

I'm lost as to what I can do now. It has been so long. Could a Microsoft Agent please come in here and help me sort this out? I've talked to so many people without taking a single inch forward.

EA Access, Spotify Premium, and Discord Nitro should all be available if you have Game Pass Ultimate

Ea access is not included. You must activate it first. I believe that you can get one month free. Search under the game pass section. You should be able to see a tile with discord, ea access, and Spotify redemption.

The game pass doesnt give you a spotify code it only gives a ea access and discord but not spotify

Thanks for responding back. It seems like the support agent you've spoken to is not fully aware that the promotion applies to anyone that has taken up the offer to sign up for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 9granted you are eligible and meet the conditions) and
that not every subscriber who is eligible uses the service on an Xbox One console. The reason they may be uninformed is that the promotion includes offers for third party subscriptions, so the path to redeem these offers is a little more complicated because
redeeming the offers includes having to link you to your other accounts (Discord, Spotify) using special URL's to redeem those subscriptions, because it is impossible to redeem a Discord or Spotify subscription on your Microsoft Account since Microsoft does
not handle those services. The URL's are available to claim directly on the Xbox One console, but those who do not own a console will get the URL's sent to them via Xbox Live messages next week which would re-direct you to your other accounts to confirm the
redemption.

I would contact Xbox customer support using the steps I listed above and be clear with the agent that you've signed up for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and are eligible for this promotion but you do not own an Xbox One console. If the agent is not aware of the
procedure to take care of a customer like you, then ask for a supervisor and see if they can look into the situation further.
