Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 XBOX 360 - How to download Jill Valentine and other stuff???

I just purchased this game for XBOX 360, and when I connect to online mode it gives me all these things that can be downloaded, including new costumes and 2 new characters, Jill Valentine included. My question is, HOW do I actually download this content??
When it gives these list of things, all it gives is an OK button to continue but no method of actually downloading these things to my game. I Went through the XBOX 360 marketplace and I cant find a page or anything for this game. Are they now in the game by
default? If not, how do I get this additional content, or can I?? Thanks!

P.S. Can someone tell me why it says my name is "Unidentified User"??

It was announced a few weeks ago that it would be delisted -

Licensing/Contract: Unforttantly we are very sorry,the Licensing/Contract expired,Marvel has to sort out there Contract/Licensing I Doubt it will get fixed,since "Disney " Owns "Marvel"
