Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 Value Pack

Hello there! I'm trying to buy the "Value Pack" with the alternative costumes of Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, but I can't find it on Xbox Live. When I go to the Extras tab there's nothing to buy. After the Christmas special sales (Value Pack was like U$4.99~5.99)
I couldn't find it on Xbox Live anymore so I think it was removed (maybe)?

It was announced a few weeks ago that it would be delisted -

That game and content were recently delisted from the marketplace due to licensing issues I believe. There is no way to download that content now.
