Ultimate game sale and Gold member deals

Hey, Im a Gold member and I was just about to buy "Halo 5:Guardians-Digital Deluxe Edition from the ultimate sale and it says it's $36.00 with Gold but when im about to buy it the price is as if I did not have gold at $45.00 and Im afraid that it will charge
me $45.00 instead of $36.00 as I should be charged.

Please help

Have you checked to see if the price reflected on the
Xbox Store the correct sale price? If so, are you able to purchase the game at the sale price from that page?

Hi I have got the same issue it is only on 360 games all the free with gold and the price reduced ones all want to charge me full price for the game. I got in touch with microsoft xbox on to them for 4 hours and I was told to come on here they could not
do anything I'm so angry with them terrible customer service. I was apart of the preview program but I canceled over a year ago and they say on there systems it shows I'm still apart of it when I'm not. Everything was fine until I renewed my xbox live gold
membership at the weekend as soon as I did that's when the problem accured. Please someone help as xbox microsoft customer service is useless

Can you provide us with the titles of the games in the Games With Gold program you were trying to download? Normally, in these scenarios phone support is the primary support option but we will do our best to narrow down the issue.

Every 360 game if they are on offer or free it wants to charge me full price like red dead that was 75% off but it wanted £25 off of me instead of £6. I tryed the phone support they did a few things like delete profile instal again and cache clear and the
lady on the phone said we have done everything we can nothing more I can do so go on the forum and find if someone can help you there I was so angry about this rubbish customer care
