    This is on Xbox Series X. We transferred everything across from Xbox one 10 days ago and it's been fine til now.

    The old Xbox has not been plugged in. We cleared cache, signed out and restarted and still not working

    Can anyone help please

    Since they haven't purchased Ultimate on their account, it won't show that they have a subscription for it. They will still be able to play online with the Gold from your subscription and play any games you download from Game Pass.

    Ok, maybe I'm misunderstanding what I purchased here. According to the game I have to also purchase a game pass in order to play the game. I have purchased the Game pass ultimate and it still won't allow me to do anything. Everything shows locked. What am I missing here. I should note this game is for my grandkids to play when they come to visit this weekend.

    Do you have an active game pass to play sea of thieves and gang beast? It will ask you to purchase Xbox live or game pass ultimate if you’re trying to play online/playing these games through game pass. Kindly also check your transaction thru https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to make sure that you're on the right account where Ark was purchased.
