    Ultimate Game Pass reactivation?


    Hello,

    i ran into a problem where i cancelled my ultimate subscription, then activated xbox live gold but then i wasnt able to rebuy the ultimate subscription, which i thought i could. Can anyone help me out here? Thank in advance.

    EDIT 1: When i go on the website to buy it again, it just says "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is currently unavailable".

    EDIT 2: I cancelled my subscription directly with a refund.

    Ultimate Game Pass reactivation?

    I'm honestly not too sure at the moment. This might be something you have to contact support for since it's still new.

    Although it might have something to do with this:

    "You can
    cancel your Game Pass Ultimate membership     at any time, and you will continue to have access to your Ultimate benefits until your prepaid time ends, at which point you will not be charged again.

    Note The upgrade of any prepaid time to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate cannot be reverted back to Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass, and you cannot receive a refund for Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass. You can, however, rejoin Xbox Live Gold or
    Xbox Game Pass when your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription ends."

    My entire 1 year Xbox Live Gold subscription got cancelled after cancelling 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

    Support can not reactivate the Gold Live subscription. It clearly states that if you cancel Game Pass Ultimate any converted prepaid time will be lost.

    Thanks for replying.... i tried the support and unfortunately the only thing they could help with was refunding that 1£....to bad i can't reactivate the gold subscription... it would have been nice if the membership does not change automatically when you
    have gold and buy the ultimate game pass....well, with all of this i learned something new and i hope nobody does the mistake i did....the bright side is that i can buys ultimate games pass with 1£ again, for one month.....
