    Ultimate game pass problem


    Going round in circles trying to solve this. I cancelled my ultimate game pass sub in sept. Noticed today I'm still paying 10.99 a month through PayPal. I got a razer kishi for Christmas so was looking at using it again but my account says its cancelled.
    So I'm paying for it for last 3 months and can't use it at all. Can't cancel it unless I cancel the PayPal payment but then I'll lose a month of use out of the old sub and can't find any contact info for support to speak to an actual person. Any ideas how
    I can get this resolved are welcome

    Unsubscribe Game Pass Ultimate From Xbox Live

    The only problem with that is, it will whine down to (I think) 4 months of Xbox game pass ultimate because somehow I merged game pass ultimate WITH Xbox live. I’m trying to UNMERGE it with only Xbox live and NO game pass ultimate. Any tips how to do that?

    Actually I just solved my own problem. I purchased a monthly subscription of game pass ultimate and my live gold auto-converted to game pass ultimate. Yay!
