Ultimate Game Pass Contest Winners for April

I participated in the Bethesda collection ultimate game pass contest and scored over 8000 gamerscore. The winners have been announced on a Microsoft Forms page that I will provide the link to and I scored more than three of the people on the list.

In the rules there is no one to contact aside from a email that seems to be automated and only sends out the email for the winners list. This contest is advertised on the Xbox home page and is hosted by Microsoft.

I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue? or any suggestions for who to contact?

Apparently live support chat on the phone is only available until 1pm est for Xbox problems so I will have to wait until tomorrow to attempt that.

I would also like to bring awareness to this issue, I followed all the rules to participate in the contest yet it seems Microsoft has decided to not include my efforts and made no effort to contact me whatsoever.

I am guessing you scored the 8,000 points in the Bethesda collection games only? Unfortunately, I suspect there is not much you can do about it as pretty much everything is covered by this sentence in the rules:

"We are not responsible for excess, lost, late, or incomplete entries"

That, however, is my personal opinion and may not be legally accurate

I attempted to contact the email stated on the rules page a week ago to inquire about the winners and then a few days later I received an email saying it was unable to deliver the message to that address.

I have just sent another email to that address so I hope it was just a fluke before.

did you even enter any contests lately? if not you know it's a scam. if it's legit they'll call you back.

I own a shirt that says "contest winner"..... The Xbox service will only call you if requested. I would wish you GOOD LUCK but, you're already winning!!!! Redemption is always an issue though...
