    Hi,

    I have bought Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition.

    I have installed it on Xbox One.

    I would like install it to my PC too, but the Store said, I have to pay for that.

    Is it normal?

    I'm gonna go for the Ultimate Edition. Just noticed on ebgames.ca that its $10 cheaper for the PC version. I was planning on getting it for my 360 but might go for the PC version.

    Ultimate for PC

    The play anywhere program only applies to digital content. So if you own a digital copy of the game you should be able to install for free on your Windows 10 pc using the same email account/microsoft account you use on the Xbox One console.

    gamepass on PC is just that gamepass, there is no ultimate on pc, if you have ultimate on xbox then you get gamepass on pc.

    The only reason to get the Ultimate Gamepass is for the PC games. If you play on Xbox and PC then the Ultimate Gamepass is worth it.

    Unfortunately these are only included in the xbox game pass for console or ultimate and not playable on pc. There is no way even with ultimate to play from a pc.

    Ultimate is not the issue. I'm not sure what is, but Ultimate is not a requirement. Ultimate is a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Gane Pass for PC. If you're only using the PC, you only need Game Pass for PC otherwise you have 2 subscriptions you don't need. Sea of Thieves is available on Game Pass for PC and buying Ultimate wouldn't change anything about the game.
