so, when the latest update came out my game decided it wasn't doing that, just stopped at 0% nothing could fix it so i un-installed hoping to re-install it to fix the problem, except what do you know, i can't, it stops at 0% literally says 0'B' of 41.74'GB'

so i contact microsoft support, after three conversations over a week here i am, their best solution is "ask the community"

i won't lie, i'm mad.

my friends' games updated but then they discovered the awakening DLC isn't included and they're mad, well one of them doesn't care as he plays destiny now but still.

apparently my issue is known and widespread, no fix yet though, we just have to wait

:)

State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition Prepper's Pack is gone.

A week ago I bought on Microsoft Store preorder State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition on Xbox One. Everything was Ok, but today I reinstall SoD2. Preppers Pack was gone. I don't have him in my ready to install DLC and he also disappeared from the Microsoft Store.
What happened???

Dying Light Ultimate Edition no DLC

Im having a major issue here, paid $20 extra for the "glitched" edition. I bought ultimate edition of dying light in the xbox store, and it says I don't have access to any of the extra DLC content, when i go to "manage" in the ultimate edition nothing shows
up, when i go to the store and click the content it says " bundle only" <- yes the bundle that i bought. what the hell....

Hello there, sometimes games are removed from the store and moved to bundles, that is a decision made by the game developer, however if you already purchased the game you can download and install the game via My Games and App > Ready to Install.

Also make sure that you are using the account that paid for the game.

I'm talking about being able to buy them from the store and or continue making the prepaid cards because they from what I'm seeing they said discontinued which means when they're gone there will be none left

do I go about getting a refund on my money..?

Wont it let you download the pre-order bonus?

I know some of the content from the ultimate edition isnt on the store yet but you will be able to download it as soon as it becomes available, the game lets you download it early ready for release so it is available straight away on the 22nd

You can just buy the DLC from the store. That won't turn it into the Ultimate edition though. The only way for it to be the Ultimate Edition is to buy the Ultimate edition.
