account website you will see subscriptions. At the bottom of that box is all subscriptions click that. This will show you all subscriptions you currently have and had.

Mein Game Pass Ultimate Abo wird laut MS Konto am 6.3.2020 erneuert. Die Zahlung ist am 6.3.2020 erfolgt und der Betrag wurde abgebucht, trotzdem ist die Erneuerung noch auf den 6.3.2020 terminiert und ich kann nicht auf Inhalte zugreifen.

Versuch mal einen Hard reset der Konsole (Power knopf 10 sekunden halten) und dich von dem profil an und wieder abzumelden. Manchmal kann es vorkommen das die Konsole noch nicht "weiß" das du gold haben solltest. Falls das alles nicht hilft dann schau mal
unter deinen Abos nach ob da die Mitgliedschaft aufgeführt wird.

Hi wenn du schon Gamepass Ultimate hattest ist dort automatisch Gold mit drin. Ich kann dich aber verstehen, dass ist der meiner Meinung nach einzige Wehrmutstropfen den man schlucken muss, dass man in dem Abo Service ist, in dem mal zuletzt war. Um nur
Gold aktivieren zu können musst du deinen Gamepasse Ultimate entweder kündigen oder warten bis er abgelaufen ist. Eine andere Möglichkeit NUR Gold nutzen zu können hast du nicht.

I tried everything but it still shows "abo couldnt be loaded". I googled and there was a post about that happening when a charge back or a payment fails but in my account it shows that every payment went throu without problem. I even tried to upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and it didnt fix the issue (so i refunded that one).

When i go into "Account" at the Xbox App my it shows that im logged in with my Store account but under "abos" it shows "Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, und Ihre Abonnements konnten nicht geladen werden" (in german). Basically it says "loading your abo failed"
