    It is interesting that you can buy an Xbox "officially" in our "official" store (with all customs clearance and taxes). I don't know how it works. As far as I know, this is the Xbox Series S version.

    OK the issue is that you are not a supported region. You're not even supposed to have an Xbox, because services are not available in the country that you live in.

    They are unlikely to put resources into improving the translation of an interface for people they are not legally permitted to sell to.

    There is no Ukrainian support for.consoles

    As Ukraine isn't a supported region

    And currently Russia is a banned region due to sanctions

    Ukraine is a xbox expansion region in xbox for Windows pc only atm
