UK XBOX Live online store, Dead or Alive 3 (XBOX 360) download file issue

The game in question, "Dead or Alive 3", was upscaled and patched to be compatible and to run on current generation and next generation hardware, in other words, XBOX One and XBOX Series consoles, and since it is a game of the first XBOX console, it also runs on XBOX 360 hardware, these consoles can run games at full HD (720p, 1080p, 4K, etc), so it is not a NTSC or PAL format game
I don't have the intention to purchase or download more content from UK XBOX Live online store because i am not familiar or handle your currency (pounds), although i have purchased game disks imported from the UK (Heavenly Sword, Ferrari Challenge for the PS3) in the past
And i don't feel i am breaking any rules by downloading a game that i purchased because i paid for it and i am entitled to own the license of such game, either British version, Japanese version, Spaniard version, etc, as most XBOX One and XBOX Series consoles owners do

Yes but you are mixing up the issue yet again

Changing your console region only works for Xbox one games

It has no bearing on xbox 360 or It's games

Following this tutorials will only end up more headache for you

Because you are trying to buy a game you cannot legally own

Your account region MUST match your actual region and in order to play disc games you must use us disks but you won't be able to use the dllc because of the region. Lock even on the Xbox one

Because region locks apply on digital content

Keep in mind if you do NOT.live in an Xbox live.region it won't work nor does changing to random regions if it's region locked its going to be for all regions

Especially since the bypasses don't apply to you or Xbox, 360 content

May I know if you purchased the game directly on Xbox.com or using the Xbox 360 Store (or the old marketplace website: https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-GB/)

I ask this due to I faced a similar issue with an Xbox 360 (little brother console). I purchased a backwards compatible game on Xbox.com

And when he tried to download it on his Xbox 360, the corrupted data message appeared (If I recall well, was Rayman 3)

It's 50/50 if you get the not available in your region

The other 50% is corrupt data which doa is known to be region locked as most 360 or og Xbox games are

98% of corrupted game downloads for bc titles are due to region locked

You can however use Xbox 360 or og Xbox games DISCS on xbox one consoles which are region free Xbox 360 and older weren't but the digital bc downloads are region locked for bc titles

The rules are there to prevent people from taking advantage of the system for cheaper prices

Right now i reside in Latin America but my XBOX Live account is from the USA, i own an American (US) XBOX 360 console that i purchased when i resided in USA
I decided to switch regions to download the most complete version of the game "Dead or Alive 3", so right now my account is set in the UK
Thanks for your answer, the game is listed as "XBOX Originals", in other words, a game of the first XBOX console and it is backward compatible with XBOX 360, XBOX One and XBOX Series consoles
XBOX One and XBOX Series owners switch regions freely and are able to download the game with no compatibility issues at all, so there's a chance that the UK version can be playable in other regions consoles, do you get it?
