UK servers faulty

Hello I would love to know how long roughly your xbox Microsoft servers in the UK are going to be , sorry having issues, I mean you get more then enough money of us to actually provide the service we are paying for, you should have backup servers ready
incase your servers do go , but I guess more money in your pockets is more important then customer satisfaction, normally I wouldn't be this annoyed but when the game i play Neverwinter has a time set event and I can't do it as I keep getting dced it's frustrating
me. How long roughly are your UK servers going to be down for or just plan crappy please?

No issues for me in the UK, also no issues on the Xbox server status page.

Have you check your internet?

It might not be the servers that is the issue. Are you sure it's not your internet provider that has the issue?

I'm also based in the UK and I am having no issues. Games download as usual, not getting any Xbox live error or anything.

I agree with other people and think this is down to your ISP throttling your connection to popular services.

Isn't Virgin media having issue atm?

What game are you having issues with?

Not all game servers are run by Microsoft, for example FIFA runs all online games via EA's own servers.

With the UK in lockdown over Covid 19, there will be more demand both on your ISP, Microsoft and other third party servers.

Just yesterday Virgin Media had some downtime.

Also, be respectful, profanity, even self censored, will be removed.
