Discus and support UK resident unable to speak with a real person concerning my issue. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been incorrectly charged twice every month for my Game Pass subscription since May 2022.     UK resident unable to speak with a real person concerning my issue.


    I have been incorrectly charged twice every month for my Game Pass subscription since May 2022.

    This is unacceptable and obviously I want a refund.

    Customer Support to get the root of this issue is frankly a joke and all they offer up is very particular answers to questions I haven't even asked.

    The option to get a call back from Microsoft directly never works and the online variation of support is useless.

    I just want to speak with a real person. Please advise on how I can do this. Is there an internal customer support number I can call??

    Please help I have been overcharged close to £200 up until this point which for a multi billion dollar company is just unacceptable.

    This is the same issue ij the UK. I spoke to someone from Microsoft about it and they mentioned the sale is only currently in the US and about checkinf regions; but this game is listed on my console.

    so how has this happened if I am a UK resident with a UK xbox?
