    I’m in the beta ring, and I noticed that the UI Chimes changed today, haven’t read anything about it changing, also Spotify is playing music at a really slow speed, does anyone know if this is linked to being an Insider?

    Hi,Alex! I'm Luis, a fellow Xbox Gamer . Thanks for reaching us out here.

    Hmm that is weird. Spotify should play at all times, not only when you are ingame

    Try performing a full power cycle

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    Once the lights on the front of the console, unplug the power cable from the rear of the console.

    Wait at least 2 minutes

    Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

    Chiming in to say I'm having the same issue. Only getting sound in games right now. No sound in dashboard, not even any sound in Spotify, but when I turn on NBA 2K23, after the screen goes black for a second, it comes back and then I can hear the music from Spotify as the game is loading. It's as if the system is switching into a different mode when it does this. One that actually has sound. What is happening?

    I usually use spotify to listen to my favorite music in those not-so-demanding games in terms of sound or lines of dialogue
