    UI loop trap bug................


    There has been a bug going with true achievements app for years now.

    Im sure im not the only person thats noticed this.

    When viewing an achievement if you back out you need to press the B button 3 times just to leave.

    Its a small bug yes, but one that needs fixing.

    I noticed this back in July 2023.

    Still nothing has been done about it.

    This happens on xbox, pc and asus rog ally

    I agree - if nothing else works it might need a repair.

    Sorry for the issue with your update. If you are unable to start the update over, you can try an

    offline update    . This should help with the update. If you cant get it to work with this you would need a repair. You can set one up at

    Device support    .

    To be honest, I would reach out to MS Tech Support for assistance fixing this one. I think they may be able to walk you through a factory reset, however they might just have you send the console in for repair if it can't get past the update loop.
