    wtf it keeps not letting me sign in to my account it keeps leaving me an error message sayin 0x8dd0006?the heck do I do?

    Are you still having this issue?

    If so, let us know any error codes or messages you're getting and someone should be able to help you.

    Why can't I sign in?

    been getting an error message saying that I can't sign in and to wait and try again in a couple of minutes but I've been waiting over 2 hours, there is no service issue as my 2 kids are playing theirs. What gives?

    Uhm, I'm talking about changing a clan tag. You seem to keep bringing up this comparison to felonies... Which I can't possibly understand why. Unless... you actually think they are the same thing? Which can't be true, right?

    I guess I phrased it wrong.

    This account was registered for the Beta. Thank you for the additional information, but I'm not asking whether or not I'll be able to purchase content digitally, but how I would go about doing it. I'm without a credit card and it uses local currency now.
    I don't understand how I'm supposed to purchase digitally without a credit card.

    Please take a look at your Payment History. If your points have been converted to currency then it means that your console was registered as part of the Beta program OR your profile was downloaded on to someone's Xbox who was registered as part of the Beta.
    If either of those cases are true, then you will ONLY be able to make purchases on a console that has the Beta. You can make purchases on a Beta console, then on your console you can visit your Xbox.com Download History or go to the download
    history on your Xbox and re-download the item on your console. Once the Beta is completed and the update released publicly (tentatively Fall 2013) you should no longer experience the issue. If your Payment History does not show the points converted as currency
    please let us know. Thank you,
