UFC 3 redeemed code after 1 year and 3 months (lost physical disc and now i can't find install)

Hello,

First off, thank you all for looking. I just yesterday redeemed a UFC 3 code to my account that I received for preordering the game over 1 year and some months ago. I never used it because I had the disc. I somehow misplaced the disc and then tried to use
the code. It redeemed successfully, but did not show up in my downloads or anywhere.. pending installs.. etc.. I tried to purchase the game in hope that it would pick up the redemption code but it did not work. I had the game pre-installed (through the disc),
so I am not sure if that is why. I uninstalled the disc installation after I realized that it would still ask me to insert the game. I lost the disc and now I lost my redemption code. What can I do?

order history to ensure that the redemption of the token appears on the account. Also, we recommend checking your license list. This will show all the content that your account
owns. Be sure to log in with any account that you own in order to find out where the game license is. Be sure to let us know the results!

I also can't find where to get the free month I heard about. It says I'm on a free subscription but I still can't play online. It only gives me options to buy 1 month, 3 months, 1 year or to redeem a code

Ok what exactly did you redeem

You can't redeem one month codesfor conversion and if you redeem 12 month codes ya know it's only 4momths ot xgu right ?

You cont do 1to 1 conversion till you revert to free

It's best to turn off autorenewal and wait till it turns to free then you add your gold codes uptown 3 years them upgrade tp xgu for ,3 years of xgu

If a game was delisted, you can't redeem codes for it. You would have to find a physical disc of Forza Horizon to play the game.
