    Hi, im having issues trying to purchase the new Uefa game for my kid. I got an email to allow me to buy the game on his behalf, but last 2 days it keeps saying cannot process your request, please try later. Trying to get a call back i face the same issue and the webchat again has been fruitless. Please can someone help as i there is an offer on currently and a deadline for the ultimate pack. Thanks

    Make sure the account you are trying to buy is set to a child account, depending on the content this is not possible due to age. Also check that the payment method is registered correctly.

    UEFA and FIFA are two different oranizations so EA haven't got the license to use UEFA run competions the Europa League (UEFA Cup) or the Champions league.



    The only way you can play a european tournament is through career mode where they have equivallents to the real life competions.



    PES has the UEFA license.
