    Login Information



    • Gateway: 192.168.1.1
    • Username: ubnt
    • Password: ubnt
    How to Find Firmware Version

    1. Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser on a computer.
    3. Type in the gateway address, 192.168.1.1 into the web address bar, hit enter.
    4. This will take you to a login page, type ubnt for both username and password.
    5. Once of the main page, under the “Status” section, the Version will be shown here.


    Firmware Update

    Note: You will need to download the firmware form the ISP website or the manufacture’s webpage.

    1. Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser on a computer.
    3. Type in the gateway address, 192.168.1.1 into the web address bar, hit enter.
    4. This will take you to a login page, type ubnt for both username and password.
    5. Once of the main page, select the System tab on the top.
    6. Click on the Update… button.
    7. Navigate to the location of the firmware update file on your computer.
    8. Select ok.
    9. The update can take several minutes, wait for the update to finish before trying to access the device again.
