    Uanble to install Games from the Windows 10 Xbox App


    For some reason i'm suddenly unable to install any game that is delivered by the Xbox Game Pass for PC. it worked weeks ago, but now i just get an error message "am unexpected error occured" with the error code "0x80d03002"

    I can't find any Threads regarding this error code online and want to ask for help here.

    Furthermore, should i get in contact with Microsoft, because i couldn't use the service i paid for since i dont have installed any games from the Xbox Game Store?

    Thank you for keeping us updated. Are you attempting to install the game from the Xbox (beta) App, Xbox Console Companion App or the Windows Store App? We have seen some cases where installing the game from the Windows Store App will resolve the issue.
    Go ahead and cancel the installation and begin installing it from the Windows Store App. You can try initiating the installation from the other two applications as well if the Windows Store App does not work.
