U.S. Armed Forces I.Q. Test and Combat Uniform

I don't know exactly what to do or how to have this fixed. I was told to make this post by a Microsoft Support rep. named Adelle. I have been trying to get the free Combat Uniform offered when you complete the U.S. Armed Forces I.Q. test. Every time I have
tried to get the uniform it said it was unavailable, then was out, and now just keeps saying you must reach the highest rank of General in the I.Q. test. I have reached the highest rank of General every time i have taken the test and it keeps saying it over
and over. I do not know if by posting this if I can even get the combat uniform or have the situation fixed. Adelle also said to give this number from the chat when it was over. [Mod Removed]. she said it was the confirmation of the chat,
I don't remember exactly. If anyone can help me get the free combat uniform it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah it's a dashboard ad. I only put this, cause this is what the rep. said to do, but i'm thinking nothing will fix it, so i probably wasted my time with this

 

You don't even have to do the IQ test ... just watch the 1 video, and you can then navigate to the right-hand "Unlockables" tab. On that screen, you'll see 2 options ... on top is the avatar item (Male/Female Navy Working Uniform Type III), and on bottom
is a link to the themes/gamerpics you can get without the app.
