u guys are a joke

so since u guys stopped making head set adapters all of a sudden the 4 i own no longer work but headsetr works fine plugging direct into pad well except i like being able to ajust my game and party chat to perfection my my adpater wtf

hi guys i had a xbox one for 3 wks now and nuffin but problems first connecting live now controllers

4 pads in 3 wks is a joke support is a joke no help a tall then the only way you can take matter further is by writing a letter get a xxxxing grip mirscosoft how big are u then ur custombers have to write a letter cant eamil and call JOKE well joke back
to u mircosft a call to watchdog watch this space mircosoft i coming for u clowns!!!!

oh and before u say the adapter broken i just got a brand new one no difference still no mic working unless i plug direct into pad instead of the adapter box
