Typing on my Xbox One S

Recently I have been using a mouse and keyboard on my Xbox One S console and have noticed that when typing an @ symbol it instead types a ". This issue also occurs with other keys. I can confirm this is not the keyboard I am using as it happens on my
chatpack I bought for my controller as well. Does anyone know why this happens and and any fixes?

this is the keyboard language settings.

if it is a US keyboard but set for UK English then @ and
" are swapped (also if it is a UK keyboard set for US English)

Press the Xbox logo button on your controller and press the RB 3 times to get to System

Select Settings. It is the gear icon.

Select System, then select Language & Location.

Keyboard language should be in the middle column under Input.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
