Two Xbox's, One Email?

Is it possible to somehow get my 360 achievements on my Xbox One?

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. Are you interested in using your email address to set up accounts for your kids so they can play on two different consoles? Are you
using an Xbox One or Xbox 360? Two different Microsoft accounts cannot have the same email address as the primary alias. This means each of your children must have their own accounts created with different email addresses. You can

add the child accounts to your adult account through the family after you create them.

If you are using an Xbox One, we suggest utilizing
the home console feature. This will allow an account to share it's games, subscriptions and some content to all the other accounts on the console. The account that is set up as the home console profiles should be the one with Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game
Pass Ultimate. Be sure to let us know the results!

You would either need to use your 360 account on the One and continue playing with that account or use your One account and play those 360 games to earn the achievements on that account.

It's not possible to merge accounts.
