Two Xbox's - Different Issues Playing Separately

Hi,

There's 2 Xbox Series X consoles in the house, both connected by ethernet. Playing games online with both xbox's on or just one on, one of them always seems to have more lag and a worse connection. I've tried different routers and different ports on the router, different cables but it still has the same outcome. This happens across various games but Modern Warfare 2 has highlighted the problem the most. Both have open NAT and use ports outside of 3074 when playing together but playing separately, we generally get assigned 3074.

Is there anything in account settings for the profiles or settings on the xbox which could end up causing more latency or lag? Only thing we haven't tested is swapping the xbox's around to see if there's a fault with his xbox but both were bought at the same time from the same retailer. It's a really infuriating problem to experience and the xbox itself is the only thing that hasn't been ruled out as an issue which makes me think there may be some sort of account issue.

The Xbox One can share a gold subscription, but only on the same console. If they're playing on two different consoles with two different accounts, you would need a separate gold subscription.

You need two separate xbox live gold memberships on different accounts for both of you play online.

Hi, since the outer worlds is not a "play everywhere" game, there are two different version of the game, one for Xbox and one for pc, they are actually two different games... I don't know why they choose this way but as of now we have this separation
