Two Xbox live accounts from the same Xbox?

Using the account, you can only be signed into Xbox LIVE from one console. Not two at the same time, I'm afraid. The account can be used on two separate consoles if you're not signed into Xbox LIVE, though.

basically, the one microsoft account is the one xbox account.

It seems that you have both account added on the same profile. One is the primary, while the other is secondary. In this case unfortunately both e-mail addresses will be linked to that profile.

We understand that you require assistance in learning how to play the game with your children at the same time on different Xbox console.

For you to be able to play the game in the same time with your children on different consoles. Actually Xbox has a feature that will allow you to share your games on your profile to another Xbox console.

That feature we called it HOME XBOX making a console your home Xbox gives friends and family access to your games and content when you’re not signed in. Your home Xbox also lets you play your digital games offline.

Perform these steps on the console where you want to share your games to your children:

1. Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
3. Do either of the following to change the status of your console:
- To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.
